Silicone Hydrogel

Silicone hydrogel contact lenses allow oxygen to pass through them and help maintain a healthy cornea. Dry eye sufferers will benefit from this material as the lens when worn is less likely to dry out than conventional hydrogels. The lens can be worn for a longer period of time and is extremely comfortable. Silicone hydrogel is a very soft material and are easy to adapt to for most new wearers as they can hardly be felt once inserted.
